Open the app I got this offer. Press it and then the app crashed. And then I couldn't see it again after reopening.

UPDATE: I did a search and found email on PC. Scanned the QR code with phone and link took me to a pop-up in app to purchase. Purchased straight away and $3 bonus showing as pending, no gift card yet.

If you didn't get the email, even if you click through the app pop-up you will get a notice saying you are not eligible for this promo:)
And there is no way to close that gift card purchase page. Apparently very poorly executed.

Mine was tracked within a few seconds, Amazon store credit is up there with supermarket gift cards in usability.

Same thing happened to me. Find the email from ShopBack with the subject "10% Cashback on an Amazon Gift Card for Prime Day", click through on your phone into the ShopBack app to get to the deal.
Saw it pop up and wasn’t ready to buy it.
Now opened the app again and can’t see it anymore.
No emails either.
If you saw the 10% cb deal when you opened the app and can’t find it anymore, I was able to find it in one of the ad panels about amazon prime day on the shopback app home page, then scroll down a bit on that prime ad page till you see “Grab Your Gift Cards Below”
Then it shows that the $30 one has 10% cb. I bought it and it tracked instantly
