Which model is that? What's the price?
Dont know what thread OP was on but as of now there is no phoenix equipped zenbook 14x anywhere in Australia.
Only 2023 AMD zenbook sku is the 15 oled and the standard 14 but both of them only come in last gen architecture (7X3X) sku only.
I think they are confusing it with the Vivobook Pro with Phoenix point.

AMD Phoenix point has much better performance per watt, much better iGPU, and AI which Intel 13th gen doesn't have.

If it was actually sold here, yes. A Phoenix chip will be better than a lower end intel -H sku especially in a thermally limited chasis such as this.
But is it not so I dont know what the other guy is going on about.
Refer to my post above as to why AMD Phoenix is better than Intel 13th gen in thermally limited scenarios such as a laptop.
Thats a chunky gaming laptop. Arent really comparable.

not really. the chasis is good but a 3050 and 1080p screen for 1.4k doesnt go very far for 2023
Go Zen 7840 if you can since it has better battery life, performance etc
