At just 2 cm thick, the Timemore Black Mirror Nano Scale fits perfectly in between the drip tray and the portafilter, with plenty of room to spare for a demitasse. This iteration of the wildly popular Timemore Black Mirror scale was designed specifically for espresso-making, thus the compact footprint and the dedicated flowrate button on the left.

With its .1g sensitivity, this Timemore scale works perfectly with all other brewing methods like the Aeropress, french press, and filter. On the right side of the scale, you’ll find the tare function, ON/OFF button, and charging port, while the timer and flowrate can be adjusted on the left.

  Just be careful with this. I got mine from AliExpress a year ago. Its a great scale but mine does have weight creep. It will go down .1 every 10 seconds or so with no weight changed. Serves me right for not ordering from Aus retailer and it still works for me - but be warned. I have also seen the same issue from numerous r/espresso posts.

  Can't remember exactly how much I paid for mine a month or so ago, it was between $90-$100. It could be had for $80 something the other week during the winter sales.
