Got mine from Amazon with solar panel. Good battery, sits always at 100% even though my roof isn't at a perfect angle to get the most of the sun.

However, among three cameras I ever use: Wyze, Zmodo and Reolink, Reolink app seems to be the worst in my experience. The slowest to load and a lot of fails at the first attempt and I have to tap it again.

Also, lately I found condensation in my Argus 3 Pro. OP, would be good if you could help out as to what to do. It doesn't seem something that I can get rid of myself. Thanks.

I find a lot of the fail to load issues are specifically down to the battery cameras themselves. to extend their runtime they operate in a low power mode & only wake up when accessed/movement is detected Often the attempt to connect will time out while the camera is still waking up. Cams designed to be powered from mains tend not to have the associated problems.

      • Thanks. That could be it. I didn't see that's associated with the fact it is battery operated. It's true that my Wyze and Zmodo are connected to the power.

        • Yeah I am currently going through the effort of rigging a diy 12v solar setup for some 410w reolink cameras specifically for this reason. the battery ones are also slower in sending alerts in my experience, again because they have to wake up first.

    • What model wyze camera do you have and where did you buy it (link)? Do you recommend wyze over the other brands?

      • I have Wyze Cam v2. So I suppose that's the predecessor to this. And I did get it from Amazon US years back.

Among the 3 brands I have been using and for indoor, yes, I can recommend Wyze.

    • I have these, but found to avoid the loading issues had to move a mesh node closer. WiFi range isn’t that good.
I also have e the solar panels and agree even in winter they stay at 100%.
Despite promises these don’t support ftp.
