  • The best controller I've used for the Switch. Much nicer than the Pro controller. And that's before you take the advanced macro recording functions into consideration.

Game with a duplication glitch? Record yourself doing it, then set it on a loop and come back to item cap.

  • How much better is this than Xbox controller?

It's not, as it has latency issues, and otherwise a basic polling rate. Look into the 8BitDo Ultimate Bluetooth, which is low latency and has a 200Hz polling rate (like the Switch Pro and XBox Elite controllers).

Also has Hall Effect sticks, and is just $7 more at the moment.

Would've bought the 8bitdo Bluetooth but it doesn't have Mac support like the 2.4Ghz model so I ended up choosing this one for compatibility with mac + switch. I guess it's a niche use case though

        • I believe a fix is in the works, and that there are already workarounds, but I've not looked into in detail.

  • How does this rate for driving a submarine?
