  • This or the Asus?

    • Asus

  • Does this do Australian 5GHz bands or restricted to US bands like Asus usually are?

  • bargain,
    spyware included????

    • it's called backdoor not spyware.. XD

      • You have your prefences, i have mine.

    • Don't worry you really only CC. the CCP in with TP-Link…all of the three letter agencies have their equipment installed further up the network topology.

  • Is this better than Archer C1200 ? please

    • 300Mbps faster on 5Ghz channel and Wifi 6 enabled.

  • Will I be able to add this as an additional access point to my existing TP-Link Archer AX10 (or vice versa)?

  • Apologies in advance for the dumb question…if I'm getting a new internet connection (moving house shortly) I would still need a modem with this right?

If so, are there any good deals on modem routers as part of Prime day, or would I be better off including one during sign up with an ISP? I'd likely go with Aussie BB so their offering is a Netcomm Cloudmesh starter unit for $179.

    • What type of connection are you getting? FTTP? HFC? The type of connection may determine what type of device(s) you will require. There are already plenty of router deals for Prime Day, this site is full of them, just do a search.

      • Thanks for your help.

It would be NBN and the area I'm looking in would likely be FTTN.

I'll have a look through the Prime deals, I just don't want to buy the wrong thing. So I assume this router alone wouldn't be sufficient to connect to a FTTN connection and I'd need a modem as well, is that correct?

  • Am I on the wrong page? Doesn't seem like there's a 20% off tickbox.

    • +1

Looks like the extra 20% off has now been removed/expired.

  • does it support bridge mode? i

  • no VDSL?
