Doesn't ship to Australia, 2761 Sydney

    • Incorrect. You need to chose Amazon as the seller and it will work. Does this link take you directly to it?: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00012F7G4/ref=ox_sc_sfl_ti…

With Amazon's conversion it is $34 so take a little bit off if you are using a 28 Degrees style card.

EDIT: Due to your negging without actually checking, I'm mustering up a plague of locusts to send down to 2761 ;)

      • My citibank card gives me $32 - But i used Amazing Deals Online as the seller , about $1 cheaper haha

Works fine if you choose Amazon.com as the seller.

    • Amazon has only 6 in stock
Amazing Deals Online has more stock

  • Headphones.com.au have a pre-order for this @ $159 (???)

Read that these have very low sound which involves overcompensating with the volume. Unfortunately my HD201's also suffer the same fate so I think I'll skip on them

    • Headphonic pre-order prices are RRP. They'll go for a good deal less when available, probably not $32, but yeah, just so you know :)

(for example AD700 RRP is like $300 and Headphonic has them for $150 I think)

edit: just checked AD700 is actually $169 heh

  • Haha… M20s were probably the first 'real' headphones that I bought, way back in 2007… About a year and a half ago I upgraded to some Audio Technica AD700s and really they are so much better. Even though the price is cheap for these m20s, I think that the slightly more expensive headphones far outweigh these in terms of value for money. I highly recommend AD700 (around $150) and I've heard good things about the ATH M50 which you can pick up from Amazon for about $120 delivered.

I love my AD700s as well :D However: DO NOT buy them if you plan to use them while commuting/in a public place/for porn - there is nothing to stop the sound leaking.

  • So what your saying is that for sub $35 head phone these are a good price :)

  • I got the Samson SR850 which seem to be popular on the Headphone thread on whirlpool. About $35 delivered from ebay and sounds like a $200 headphone.

  • Are these the best full size fully enclosed headphones you can get in the sub $50 department?
    recommend me some others? :)

  • Just received mine. Pretty happy with the sound, but have only tried with my laptops so far. Fit leaves a bit to be desired for me. I don't have a small head (~60cm, medium helmet) but they feel quite loose beyond the smallest 2 or 3 settings. Still quite happy with them!!
