    Agreed. 1-2g a day seems like the go! I went with the Wagner Triple Strength and having 2x a day in the morning totalling 1080mg EPA and 720mg DHA. You'd need 6 of the Healthy Care for the same dosage.

    Looking forward to algae based vegan supplements getting cheaper, because I'd much rather get it straight from the source – feels bad contributing to overfishing in the pursuit of maintaining health on a budget.

    They're a bit pricier, but you can get EPA/DHA concentrated ones.
