    What a fugly robo vacuum.

    • Can I pay an extra $1000 to get it in black?

I can spray paint bespoke it for you for $950.

  • Is it worth it?

not at this price point without an auto empty dock

also…. most importantly for me…. it doesnt mop

    • I’ve seen poor reviews. Doesn’t map well and leaves permanent marks on timber floors.

So expensive for one that doesn't mop. Dyson lost the plot on this one after coming to the party late!

      Mr Dyson don't like moisture.

No mop. Dyson has been really slow in the robo vacuum space considering they want to be innovators in vacuums and he’s the richest person in the UK, even richer than the king.

    • Their first mop head (Dyson Submarine) has been announced and it doesn't even work with existing models of the V12 and V15 (which it is based on).

Dyson are the Apple of vacuums.

      • If they were they would have came up with robo vacuums, robo vacuums with mops, bin and water tank docks and self-cleaning years ago, considering how much money he has to put into R&D.

        • They would have blown it all on their car before realising it was so expensive to produce hardly anyone would buy it.

          • @abc: That’s what people said when they first came out with their pricey stick vacuums. Look how they sell now.

            • @ilovefullprice: And someone that worked for them did an AMA here and said basically anything under v12 wasn’t designed to do a whole home, only spot cleaning (no mention in any paperwork on our v7 about that) and that you should not use max power often as the battery is not designed for it (nothing in paper work about that either).

      • then they make it as if they are the revolutionary innovators…

  • Are people honestly paying $1800 for this piece of crap? Just paying for a brand label.

    • People paid $2400 . Crazy.
