My renew got 30$ giftcard, and days later 20$ off spend over 200$. Thing that sucks I've got close to 100$ in vouchers that expire end Sept but its spend 100$+, or mostly spend 200$+ and you can't stack coupons in ebay :(

Called eBay 3 times now regarding missing monthly vouchers. Only got 7 over the year.
Then the vouchers i did use were for goods either faulty, fake or didnt arrive. If you get a refund, Ebay just keep the lot and your voucher is gone. So that's 4 vouchers over the year.
Over the phone chat support summary "dont care, and what are you going to do about it". They even just hang up now.
