Good luck with actually getting them to ship you a pair of shoes.

I placed two orders over the last three weeks for 'in stock' items. Both got cancelled. Never received any email to state that the orders were cancelled - had to find out by logging in to check order status. And the date of cancellation is either six months in the past or the future (shows as being cancelled in January for orders in July).

Bought some New Balance shoes on Prime Day. Arrived next day.

  Agreed, my order from early June still not shipped, and I want to cancel it before it ships and chat support say we can't and only option is to return when shipped for a refund!

    Lol you’re lucky to even reach someone over chat. I couldn’t reach anyone. Luckily, my order from 13 June just got dispatched few days ago, but won’t be ordering from them again.
