My post was only intended to highlight that Lets Make Sandwiches may have some issues with Gen Z that they may need to work through - with the genuine hope that they might reassess and work through any such issues.
Generation stereotypes can be very harmful and it is very silly, in my opinion, to judge others based on such superficial stereotypes. There are good and bad people in every generation; and positives/negatives in every generation. However, Lets Make Sandwiches appears to only be subscribing to Gen Z cliches. They appeared to be doing this in their weirdly targeted attack on Billie Ellish (come on mate, music artists from every generation can act like brats), in assuming johnwinkle is renting a house, and in their persistent highlighting of Gen Z cliches. Given this, it seemed plausible to me that Lets Make Sandwiches' Gen Z hirings and firings might, in part, be reflective of their own Gen Z issues/biases. I'm not privy to the situation, so I could be very wrong. However, there was enough information here for me to be concerned and to post - to hopefully encourage Lets Make Sandwiches to reassess.
