Slime Tyre Pressure Gauge - Mini Dial - $8.00 + $12 Delivery ($0 C&C/ in-Store) @ Repco

100

Great price for a Tyre gauge with a dial and a pressure release button. It's on clearance.

Measure the pressure of your car or bike tyre and the reading is held until you press the button. Or use the button to manually reduce the pressure of the tyre while it is still connected.

These usually go for double the price.

Also on clearance are:

Slime Tyre Pressure Gauge 0-60psi - Magnetic for $4.80

Slime Tyre Pressure Gauge 5-60PSI with Bleeder Valve for $11.20
https://www.repco.com.au/4x4-adventure-escape/tyre-care/tyre…

and also many other Slime tyre products. Do a search on the site for Slime and go through the three pages of results.

The web site states whether the product is in stock at your particular Repco store, but when you get there the items may be at the back in the store room for some reason. Not sure why clearance items are not out on the floor yet… but just ask and the staff will get them for you.

Enjoy!

  • Slime?? what a brand name!!

    • I feel like downvoting this deal for the lack of any slime visuals on the instrument

  • +1

They are actually well known for their Slime Tire Sealant. We have it in all of our bike tyres and it will automatically prevent and repair small punctures. It's great stuff. Most auto shops stock it, and also Big W, etc.

    • Agree. Came looking for clearance slime sealant. Need some for the wheel barrow. Use it in the ride on tyres to prevent flats when the bindii have seed heads. Awesome stuff.

    • Slime Tire Sealant

The bottle says "seals instantly for two years". What happens after two years? Does it set after the two-year mark, or do you have to scrape it out and reapply?

  • I've got one following a friend's recommendation.
Going to buy another for my wife's car.

  • Wondering how accurate it is comparing to the cheap digital ones.

    • It has an important advantage over digital ones: no battery that can go flat when you need it most. Keep it in your glove box and it will always be ready.
