Gotta ask why Penfolds is always excluded. I like the Tawny but waiting for it to be included with the cash back

I think it's because in the past we've had 30%+ cashback and a points offer and normal liquor pricing.
This one is 31.5% Cashback (with westpac bonus) but no added points offer and prices don't seem overly competitive. Also the title states 20%. Would've got more attention stating 35% with westpac bonus (minus gst)
