Village Cinemas Online Booking, Vouchers Invalid Using ShopBack Vouchers Only (Resolved)

Morning,

Trying to use my Shopback village cinemas vouchers and keep getting errors saying invalid or used.
Anyone else having similar issues?

Just freshly bought vouchers from this morning on Shopback app as well.

Wondering what alternatives to try though.
Movie starts 10.30am today (Sunday 23rd)

UPDATE

ended up buying from Westpac rewards for slightly more expensive vouchers and they worked. So will have to follow up with Shopback now I guess

ok, this issue seems to be solved now, vouchers working again, verified by myself and a fellow OzBarginer

    Had same issues with tickets purchased on shopback on friday night. To date the tickets still don’t work.

    I’ve raised a ticket with them and messaged a rep on here and haven’t received a response yet.

      hmmm, thanks for letting me know and getting some awareness on the issue.
      I've gone with Westpac rewards vouchers that worked for now.
      I even tried an older Shopback voucher that was purchased a few months back and also invalid.
      Hope they sort it for all of us then.

    I also had this issue. Ended up buying tickets again via racv. Have lodged a ticket.

    OMG same issue - bought this morning for sessions today.

    Given others have problems I'll try buy via another avenue.

    (also have 48h to buy under wife's account for the 10% cashback instead of 1%)

    What on earth… The voucher is now working….. Too late for me. I needed to redeem on the day.

    It states that it may take up to 24 hours to activate it
