Could probably get something closer to 1kg for that price.

  • Bit misleading for them to put in vegetable in the description

  • Thanks OP

  • I got a shibazi F208-2 from Amazon 2 years ago and it's legit the only knife I use now. So versatile, and doubles as a bench scraper.

    • Same here! Pretty much replaced the entire kitchen knife block lol

    • Thought I was the only one…. bought two months ago and it's still sharp. Have been using it on veggies, sashimi and chorizo.
Now just wondering how good the edge will retain.

"a single piece of purified steel ensuing the knife in great performance of rust resistance" - inspiring marketing.

  • If anyone is interested, these knives are stamped 4Cr13 which is rated to be 55-57HRC.

    • what does that mean for no brainer like me?!
