    Hopefully it's a good port

It's been a while i got a survey, earlier it was once daily

Going to a large shopping centre basically guarantees you'll get one the next day

        • I switched phones recently and no longer lucky, I keep checking app twice daily

          • @hopper: Make sure all your notifications are enabled and all relevant permissions are given, it may not be on new phones

Lol yeah same here. Had almost $10

    • Anything else worth paying with a few dollars google credit beside games?

Worms 4 is the same price.

    • Updated, cheers!

Is 4 better? At this price ill probably get both and play neither but still would like to know which is better.

    TEAM17MicroProse anyone?

I wonder how much money they’ve made out of the worms franchise by now…

    HALLELUJAH

      boom!

  • I have a lot of nostalgia for the Worms series, but the ratings for the game had a lot of complaints about controls - i downloaded it and have no idea how to control it - is it easier with a controller or keyboard?

    • Not easier with a controller.

  • Bought this a while ago, never played it much for some reason, but it's great at this price.

Is it cross platform compatible, iphone to Android I wonder..?

  • Which one is the best to play? Never played Worms before.

Thanks that looks much more interesting than worms.

  • Got'em!

Does this have online multiplayer? If so, is it compatible between ios and android?

    • +1

Wondered this as well, would be a shame (and silly move) not to include it? Versing AI just isn't as much fun.

      • +1

Does it have couch multiplayer at least? I remember huddling around a 15" monitor back in the day playing this with friends and listening to random tracks from comedy CDs, as the music was rebook audio, and you could just swap the disc out when loaded for a different one

I installed the original a few nights ago, brought back so many memories (always sent Prince Charles flying off the bridge with airstrikes). While the graphics got better in future installments I always preferred the first (and or Worms Reinforcements/Worms United).

    • The first one was the best, it just got more complicated from there

  • +1

Just grabbed both, thanks SnoopX. Had some reward points expiring and was looking for something to drop them on 😁

  • I would have bought it, but there are a huge amount of complaints stating that 4 is riddled with bugs that prevent the levels from loading.

    This is a great deal!
Snapped up both Worms games and Teslagrad.
I decided to search for more in the Worms franchise and Worms W.M.D Mobilize is also on special.
    Down from $9.49 to $5.49.
I know it's not as cheap as the other Worms games but it's still a good deal I reckon.
W.M.D looks to be a decent port of the PC version and I am very impressed with it.

it is the first game i ever bought as CDs, when i was little, thats how i started my gaming life hell yeah

    • +1

I had it on Amiga (3.5" floppy disk). Good times! :D

      God I'm old :(

      • I can remember playing Artillery on the Apple ][e at Dad's work. Later, Scorched Earth on the PC with colour! 😀

        • Spent days playing scorched earth, it was the first 3+ player game we ever played, some serious fun was had in those days, by the end of a session the room smelt like a stale gym
