    Does this need a concrete slab underneath, or is it pegged in to the grass?

      All our frames are free standing and come with ground anchors that are hammered into the ground approx 20-25cm (no need for concreting), then screw to the wooden frame.

      It's a great playset. Just for your info, some customers that have been tight on space have left off the swingbeam at the time of installation & this does not affect the safety or sturdiness of the structure in any way. All the sets come flat packed so we do not sell without the swingbeam. Some other customers have trimmed down the swingbeam from a 3 position swingbeam to a 1 or 2 position swingbeam to help fit in their space.

      Hello - the delivery fee to your postcode would be $229.00. We ship all our orders out from our Sydney depot with Hunter Express couriers. Deliveries at the moment are in approx 10 working days from the time of ordering and the courier will contact you on the day of delivery. We also give the courier Authority to Leave somewhere safe if you are not home. You will be sent the tracking details as well and we monitor all deliveries too to ensure they are delivered the soonest possible.

        The delivery fee to this postcode from our Sydney depot is $179.00 and is delivered via Hunter Express couriers. Deliveries can take approx 10 working days from the time of ordering and you will be contacted by the courier on the delivery day. We also give the courier Authority to Leave somewhere safe if you are not home. Full tracking is also provided.

        A slightly cheaper option is that we can deliver from Sydney to the Hunter Express depot in Keysborough VIC where you can collect from and this is $99.00.

      Hello - all our frames are recommended for children from 3 -14 years old. The Spey can hold 10 users max, each child not weighing more than 49.9 kg per child.

      All our frames are designed for backyard residential use only and are tested to EN-71 (European) and ASTM (American) Safety Testing Standards. We are not required to test to any Australian standards for backyard residential use.

    I purchased a very similar $1900 set from Climbing Frames 5 years ago, and after a year the brackets holding the slide together had cracked. Contacted Climbing Frames and they stated the warranty for the slide is only for a year so I was no longer covered and would need to purchase new brackets. Was very disappointed considering the price we paid.

    YMMV, but I personally wouldn't buy again, especially if it had a curved slide.

      Oh that sucks. Australian Consumer Law would say this needs to be rectified by the seller and it's illegal to handball to the manufacturer. Would take next to nothing to argue a playground would be expected to last upwards of 3yrs without incident given the cost.
