This is a high-quality washed coffee bean from the Ethiopian Sidamo region. Growing altitude 1500-2220 masl. The Ethiopian Sidamo region produces versatile coffee beans that suit all coffee types. It is well-balanced, has great body and a pleasant mouthfeel. Roasted to medium with cupping notes exhibiting peach and citrus (lemony) with complex sparkling acidity. This coffee bean is an amazing single-origin.

Amazing fragrance of caramel, milk chocolate and prune. Roasted medium with cupping notes exhibiting Chocolate, apple, cherry and caramel. Versatile in all coffee applications. Ideal for a morning cup.
