I've been trying a few different soundcore products, I got the liberty 4 ncs during prime day but that style of earbuds hurt my ears. These ones have the rubber fins and are a lot more comfortable. This price is the cheapest they have ever been according to the camels.

I have these. Got them at $160 or $170. They are excellent value and their ANC is good enough, as is the sound quality. Comfort and fit could be better, but that's probably a personal thing. The app is good and easy to use. Touch controls are excellent.

    Recommend.

Anker Soundcore A40 is equally good too for under $100

Agree and suggest any potential buyers check out some reviews or comparisons - Rtings is well regarded for example and favour the A40's https://www.rtings.com/headphones/tools/compare/anker-soundc…

I got my A40s predominantly for office use and couldn't be happier. The Liberty pro's seemed better for those inclined to wear them when exercising or on the move, but I can't see it being worth a ~$60ish premium (A40s regularly on sale for $85-90 on Amazon)

I tried the A40s but they don't sit in my ears properly, I need those fins to hold them in. I thought the A40s were great for the money.

          • @richy_o: I seem to be going through a lot of TWS to try and find some that fit well. Definitely need fins. And screw you Plantronics and Edifier with your proprietary tips.

    • Thanks for the insights. I too bought them recently. Agree with the sound quality. It is very good. Comfort is a miss for me. The eartips aren't are comfortable as my AKG in ear set, which has me removing them or having to readjust them for comfort after a couple of hours. The background noise during calls appears non-existent. Dunno what's going in here. Bought them for work calls and folks can hear talking clearly without any noticeable reduction. The ANC is fair. The transparency mode is quite good with a caveat - there's a background hiss in a quiet environment, which is very noticable. The transparency mode is however great because it eliminates the reverb I typically get from hearing my voice feed back through the phones. Seeing as I bought these for work calls, the lack of background noise cancellation might mean I return them.

  • I soley used these at the gym for 1 year. Anc is not good enough, could hear the noise and even the gym music in the background.
Upgraded to samsung galaxy buds pro 2. Anc excellent, the smaller battery is the only thing annoying. I cannot hear a thing in the gym now, awesome ear buds

  • Grabbed these Sep last year for $131 and they slap hard!

  • Looks like they dropped to the same price again. I've had these for almost 2 years now, still great buds. I also own the Sennheiser MTW3 so can make some comparisons. Those cost more though.

    • Sound quality isn't as good as MTW3 but comes very close
    • More comfortable than MTW3 (using my own tips)
    • Both have multi-point
    • Worse battery life than MTW3
    • Worse touch controls than MTW3
    • Worse noise cancelling than MTW
