too late now but I bought one last year and find it passable. good for the price.
navigation is random which isn't the best. but works ok. more expensive types have better navigation.
you can control it directly with remote, to spot clean for example.
it keeps my short pile carpet, floorboards and tiled areas clean.
i've it set to run once a day. it runs until battery discharges (around an hour) and then it limps back to charging station.
i empty it weekly. the dust holder seems small but is adequate.
occasionally it gets stuck and I find it tangled in curtains, on a shoelace or power cord. it is smart enough to power down in this situation.
it has a feature where it wont drop off a step. its designed to back away from the step when it detects it. however the only step in my place also has a metal floor join between tile and wood about 8" back from the step. it gets stuck trying to back over this join.
I returned their 25C model after almost 1y because the battery died.
It didn't charge for 2 days stuck under the couch, I believe the battery got too low and it couldn't charge on it's own anymore with a red light.
Also, the scheduler to automatically start on its own is only possible via the app which sucks. You cannot do that via the controller.
Also, the wireless setup is so dogsh1t.
I expect this 11S to be nothing better if not worse.
I'm not buying this brand again. Got refund from Amazon at least.
