Just tell the vegan it's a plant based meat. They will finish it in no time!

Shouldn't the not vegan be a tick as well?

    • +1

      Not not vegan

      • Don’t don’t bother Luke

Yeah, I got confused what to put
      ❌ Vegan
      Looks funny too

      • That's a good option

        • Done

  • What makes them the breakfast version?

    • +2

Mainly that they are smaller size.

      • +3

300g for 4, or 75g each, it's burger for ants

        • +1

I usually have a smaller burger for breakfast. I go the small size fries and Coke, too.

$14 a kilo for the actual beef part
You can get mince for that at a butcher, add salt and spices and form into patties and freeze into portions / cook as required. A bit more cost and time overall but no fillers, better tasting and they fit the bread you want

    • +1

This is what I do. I also add a handful of breadcrumbs, 1 beaten egg for binding & half a jar of caramelised onions. For burgers I use the low-grade mince as they need the extra fat to fry better.

Nothing in that description makes me want to eat these.

Maybe 'cheap' and 'not vegan', but not the rest.

Who has a burger for breakfast?

  • 23% fat ???

    • +4

23% fat is about right for burger mince ….keeps them juicy … Diet mince makes dry burgers unless you add an egg to the mince.

  • +1

Tried them before and it's super salty and oozing fat, heartburn for the start of the day

  • +3

I was unsure if these were vegan, so I appreciate the red cross. Saved me a google, thanks OP

  • Processed meat TICK

    :/

  • +1

They taste pretty good, bigger then a McSausage patty, similar taste.

  • Is it safe to eat for lunch?
