We are local manufacturer of Bicycle Racks.
The business will be closing down at the start of September 2023 due to owner retiring.

    Wow, sorry but that's a hell of a jerk comment. I used to have one of their racks years ago, can't recall where I got it from, but it would have been a retail store. Given they state they don't have a website, I imagine they only sold their products through 3rd party retail stores like Repco or Supercheap and had no need for a website for such a small product range, and no need for detailed photos either. They stated they are closing as the owner is retiring, so sounds like a very small business with a very limited product range, but you expect them to go get professional photos done just so they can sell you the last of their stock at a clearance price?

      Well… yes? Not necessarily 'professional', but better photos.

      You expect customers to rock up to the store based on just those photos?

      You make it sound like they are doing us a favour offering this clearance sale, when in fact it's the other way around with potential customers needing to drive there (using up petrol) to look at something that may or may not be worth our time. Literally wasting time and money.

        Not at all, I have no expectation on anyone that they rock up, but it's not my post nor my business. However, guessing OP thinks there may be some people who live nearby that may find it handy info. If I was in the market for a basic rack like this and lived nearby, I probably would jump on it. Seems pretty easy to me to figure out from the pics that there is 3 basic mounting systems. One that slots into a Hayman Reece style receiver, one that uses a plate that a towball bolts through and clamps down, and one that bolts straight into the lowball hole in lieu of the actual towball. Not rocket science.

        LOL, really? Point to me where I said or insinuated anything of the sort. Try reading what I ACTUALLY wrote, not what you want to THINK I wrote. I simply gave some perspective as to why they likely don't have decent photos, and called out figlia for their unreasonably harsh and unnecessary wording. Pretty sure if they have limited remaining stock and are about to close, last thing they would bother doing is wasting time and money on better photos. If you aren't satisfied with what they've offered, then buy elsewhere at double the price, or more as I don't imagine you are their target audience.

  The warehouse is closed now, you can still buy the Bike Racks from Gumtree. Pick up from 3042 Airport West.
