          • @pointnlarf: Hey mate, still waiting on BWS to fix the technical issues on their end, so don't have an update as yet. Do note that this will be sorted automatically for users as soon as is humanly possible so no need to be concerned that you might miss out on your Cashback, this was just an issue that wasn't foreseen by BWS that they're getting fixed now.

            • @gotyourback: Hey gotyourback so as long as it says tracking it should be okay? Mine tracked successfully however my friend has ones that are 0 and calculating should I tell them it’s all good?

              • @StarPlatinum: Hey mate, that's correct, if tracked as "Calculating", this will be automatically fixed up shortly, likely to be done by the end of this week.

                • @gotyourback: Whats happened with mine is a new cashback entry has appeared today 28/08 described as "Online Bonus" referencing the correct BWS order number and the correct cashback amount $27. The original cashback entry from 17/08 is also still there and still showing as "Calculating". I'm not pushed how its fixed as long as I get the $27 for the transaction :)

                    • @gotyourback: I’ve got the same issue. There was a transaction added yesterday showing ‘online bonus’ for $27, whilst two previous original transactions remained the same, BWS ‘calculating’ and Westpac bonus ‘$0’. Can you plz take a look([email protected])? Cheers.

                        @kulprit: Hey mates, had a look into this, looks like the Westpac Bonus is going to be credited separately as a different line, will update as soon as I know when this will take place.

    To anyone interested all missing bws cashbacks are now showing for me AND the westpac bonuses associated with each purchase have been added too (as separate westpac bonus).

  • @gotyourback I made a transaction 15:09 on the 17/08 I used an eligible Westpac card and your app. I picked it up the same day.

    It shows as pending with no dollar amount. I've put in a claim last week. No acknowledgement from your team.

    What is SB doing to resolve this? This issue is getting long in the tooth.

    Hey @gotyourback Just wondering if the BWS issues are still being looked into for everyone affected, or do we need to individually email [email protected]? Purchased on 17 Aug with my Westpac card. Transaction didn't show up after 2 days, so reporting a missing cashback, but now Westpac Bonus is showing $0.00 and BWS transaction is showing "Calculating"

    • Hey mate, there was an issue of users having Cashback tracking at $0 that is being looked into, however if your tracking never came through from BWS and you had to submit a claim that'll be a separate issue and our team will need to reach out to BWS to try and get this looked at for you mate, so you're on the right track to getting this fixed up.   • @gotyourback - my claim re this promo just got rejected. I realised that I've made the claim against the wrong Shopback click (there were a few on that day and I selected the incorrect one, by 3 minutes). Any chance you can review it instead of me raising yet another claim (also have another one pending from another Shopback promo). Can provide all the details. Cheers

  • My cashback was Rejected for this deal. This is so unfair as I did everything right and provided them with the right order ID in my request.

    I bought it after taking the deal into consideration. I feel like ShopBack keeps our cashback with them and Rejects without any reason.

    Why is it I have to manually email [email protected] AND it's impossible to highlight the order number in the cashback overview page in a web browser? Is it to make it too difficult for people so they don't bother with the cashback?
