14x Heartburn Relief Tablets (Esomeprazole 20mg) + Bonus Hayfever Medication (Short Dated) $7.99 Delivered @ PharmacySavings

Hi Ozbargainers,

This is another crowd request - Not a huge seller, but often requested by Ozbargainers. Pharmacy Action Heartburn Relief (Esomeprazole 20mg) in a small packet size + bonus Hayfever relief medication. As many followers of my Ozbargain posts would know, I receive lots of short dated product from suppliers for little or no cost (bundled as bonus stock with other purchases) - again I have received another shipment of Loratadine with around 1 month left on the clock - I've written all of this allergy relief stock down to $0 so am happy to pay it forward and gift it to Ozbargainers with tonights deal. I also have around 12x boxes of short date cetirizine left in stock - also available as an option.

For those that don't need the antihistamine product or feel the dating is too short for them - there is an option NOT to take the bonus item and leave it for those who can use it.

I would usually send this particular medication in a bubble padded envelope - but at this price, I've only budgeted for a cardboard DL - please expect some denting to foil security blisters on delivery - if you would prefer the item to be sent the item in its' original box in a satchel, please select satchel shipping at checkout. Not sure why but heartburn relief buyers are the most aggressive in emails and complaints - so I'm trying to be as clear as I can about the shipping method so there are no angry emails.

Ordered. Promise not to send you angry emails either.

    • Thanks ;-)

  • Do you need a script for esomaprazole?

    • +1

No. If you need it reguarly though you can get 40mg strength in packs of 30 for $6.50 with a script!

      • That's handy to know.

What about in 20mg strength? Same price?

  • Haha heartburn = anger, I can relate!

  • Any more planned deals for some mometasone?

    • +2

Trying my best to get more stock of another brand for a Sunday night deal, whenever I post deals for Mometasone it sells out almost immediately and I have trouble re-stocking at Ozbargain friendly prices - hang in there, hopefully I can post a deal on Sunday night if stock I have secured turns up this week at the Pharmacy.

      • Thanks so much!

  • Always wonder whether esomoprazole and pantoprazole are different? Not sure if it's placebo or just the nature of my reflux, but I seem to get better only with pantoprazole 20mg.

Don't pop them like paracetamols, Reflux pills are found to increase the risk of dementia.

Let me rephrase that for you - "Prolonged use of acid reflux medications called proton pump inhibitors COULD increase the risk of dementia, a new study shows".

“More research is needed to confirm our findings and explore reasons for the possible link between long-term proton pump inhibitor use and a higher risk of dementia,” Lakshminarayan said.

I'm a daily user as are hundreds of thousands in Australia, appreciate the post but one study isn't proof but certainly is notable.
