  We are sorry to hear that the Live! Cam Sync 1080p V2 gives washed out images.

  However, please note that orders placed with the Creative Store are not eligible for returns.

  Cancellation or return of orders that have been processed or shipped may be approved on a case by case basis, based on our sole discretion.

  Authorized returns will incur a charge of AUD $20 (or 5% of the order total, whichever that is higher).

  Please let us know if you would like us to escalate this for a refund approval, subject to approval and restocking fee of AUD 20.

  Very bad mic , every meeting get a complain that there is an echo and I have to mute myself :-(

  any other recommendations for a good cheap one? preferably with a passable mic. bought a cheapy off amazon. image is amazing for $50 though mic is lacking.
