    ive found carls jr to have no distinct taste. they taste like a homemade burger would taste, that being, pretty bland. i'd go mcdonalds over them

      Hmmm did you try them when you had COVID and lost your taste? - Carl's is the only tasty burgers out of the bigger chains. Mind you there's 2 near me, 1 makes them just like the picture, the other slopped together and not as nice, still way tastier than Maccas though. Heck the Angus range is even nicer than Grill'd, Burger Urge etc these days.

    I've still never gone, but goddamn, if I haven't absolutely loved your enthusaism over the years. Gotta try 'em some day.

    think the free drink refills are a bit of a differentiator vs HJ , get a small as part of a meal and keep refilling till thirst is gone …..
