Available Aus wide at other DoorDash selected stores as well (not just Stellarossa) - details TBA as they aren’t released yet, but heads up so you can unplan any weekend meals - my local cafe has started advertising a repeat of this deal from May for $1 items from 2pm to 5pm each day this Friday 25/8 to Sunday 27/8 so most likely will be same T&Cs and product offerings etc.

    Firefly burger Bankstown is gone really bad compared to when i bought from them a year ago.
    Bread was slightly stale and you could tell it was from a cheaper brand.
    Glad a paid a buck, would never pay $16 for that burger.

    Always a bit of gamble with DoorDash. Last few times driver has decided to take on multiple orders so by the time it gets to you it’s an hour later for a 2km trip and food is literally stone cold

      I hate it when I get the notification your order was picked up, the driver icon on the map doesn't move for 15 minutes, then the driver drives off in the opposite direction to you. Sure, wait and stack orders for a few minutes, but come on - you have to come and deliver to me first!

    Soul Origin has dropped the chicken schnitzel baguette from their $1 items.

    EDIT: Its actually there but not at the top of page under Item Offers. You need to select it out of the menu itself.

    Just got out of a movie with my daughter so each ordered a Bondi burger for $1 each pick up plus a burrito for $1 each pick up which we will pick up on the way home. Nice. Dinner and lunch tomorrow sorted. And door dash dinner again tomorrow. Love it.

      I don't agree. The offers have mostly been removed by now, I have been trying for more than an hour, the application did not crash today.

      edit: worth mentioning that in my area, Red Rooster and Pizza hut are still running the $1 deal, but all others have disappeared

      The code only applies to delivery orders now and a lot of restaurants have opt out

      EDIT: looks like pick up is available now and most of the restaurants are showing up under the deal again.

    Learn from my mistake. If your adding other items to your order just to avoid the small order fee or delivery minimum with dashpass, make sure you set the cancel entire order option under user preferences if the $1 item is unavailable. I ended up paying $10.28 for one Nutella Brownie from Soul Origin as the Chicken Schnitzel Baguette was removed from the order as out of stock.

    I did manage to place $1 item orders from 4 separate restaurants today between 2pm and 2:40pm. The other 3 orders were delivered ok.

      I also wanted to change my scheduled pick-up time for my order and that option led me to live chat but the agent said they cannot change pickup times for pickup orders so I opted for a cancellation and they ended up refunding my $1 and gave me credit for the remaining amount of the item.

    Got 3 yesterday with lots of options available, 2 today with way less restaurants showing up and lots of sould out signs.
