    1 hr of refreshing, staring at the screen, trying different browsers, trying to checkout… and never make it to the end in that ONE HOUR, i don't thinks so (at least for me).

    I was late for the meeting (trying to buy via computer) no luck and still tried to buy that damn ear phone during the meeting via phone (mobile internet). Wasn't an important meeting though, but still what a wast of time…

    yeah… I agree.. Mwave somehow lost the way? moved to a new premises and zero customer consideration/service. walk in to pickup an item and they charge you $5 for it! what a ripoff.
    Trying too hard to become a 100% online store.. I don't bother with their rush hour or 24 hour bargains anymore.
    Can easily walk into another store and get the same thing for less..

    Negging this in advance based on a very poor record with these Rush Hours. See previous posts. The first time, they took my money and never sent it. Second time, they canceled it without telling me, and when asked about it they pretended there was an error and an order never got placed, even though I checked my order history and it was there and confirmed. They manually deleted it and pretended nothing happened.

    If it turns out people are overall pleased with how this bargain ends out, I will revoke the -ve.

    Don't bother with these clowns. Very dodgy company.

      For me they didn't just cancel it they deleted the order and claimed it never went through in the first place because I didn't wait long enough for the Page to redirect to the order confirmation Page. That is a lie. I had an order number but unfortunately I didn't write it down or take a screen shot. If you guys buy this make sure you take a screen shot of your order confirmation with the order number as proof in case they delete your order and claim it never went through.

          Well in my case, I got on the site at 2:00 PM, and the order was confirmed at 2:01 PM. So I was among the earliest to get in. There was no DDoS, site worked fine. Order went through. It appeared on the My Orders list. I thought it would be no problem. Later that night I found the order was missing from that page, I asked them what happened and they told me I must have closed the browser window after Paypal and not let it redirect, which obviously is a lie since I saw my order appear earlier.

          I thought that by getting processed at 2:01 PM, I would not be one of those who had their order canceled due to "sold out", but apparently their stock is so low that even if you complete your order a minute after it launches you were too late. That is the only reason I can think of for them to cancel/delete an order.

          Mwave are the only seller that I will neg before giving them a chance. I already gave them three chances where I attempted to buy from them and all three times it ended in frustration and me needing to chase up a refund (they would not have given it if I hadn't asked for it.. they'll pretend they were unaware they have my money but no order).

          They've proven themselves consistently untrustable, and until they prove otherwise I'm going to have to -ve it to draw attention to potentially unsuspecting shoppers of why they are not worth giving your money to.
