Hey houpaeng, you obviously have a poor grasp of statistical data. If you read at the bottom of the page it says: "The above figures are derived based on rate of 100,000 population."
So the data is saying that LGA has a lower incidence of these crimes than the VIC average. For example: Assaults: VIC = 596 per 100,000 people, LGA = 398 per 100,000 people.
Please get your facts straight before bagging on my neighbourhood.
