Not as sweet as Thai Honey, but still good.

Coola is the number 1 flavour for Cottee's, with it's unique original lime flavour. Cottee's was started by a dairy farmer called Spencer Cottee and since 1927, Cottee's has been adding fun and flavour to every day. Mr Cottee developed a wide range of highly popular products that have been a staple in Australian households since that time. Today, Cottee's Cordial is as popular as ever and remains Australia's favourite cordial.

I was thinking oh there is a thai honey flavoured cordial?! And then clicks on the link… Ohhhhhhhh lol

  • gripping tale of Mitch, doyen of the London fetish scene, who flees his hollow marriage for Thailand, paradise of easy sex. Enchanted by promiscuous Thai girls and ladyboys, he lives a fantasy of erotic adventures, introduces willing partners to deviance, and opens a go-go bar, with thrashing on the menu.

Aiyah this better not awaken anything in me

I used to buy Cottees all the time but since they sneakingly changed it from "makes 10 liters" to "makes 7 liters" and left the price the same, I stopped buying it. I now buy the Aldi one which is cheaper than when Cottees is on special, and I probably get 15-20 liters out of a 1lt bottle because it is so concentrated that I don't need to use much of it.

BTW the Aldi ones are $2.09c for the sugar ones and $2.59 or $2.69 for the no sugar ones from memory

    • I have been using more cordial recently to get the same taste, but hadn't noticed the change from "makes 10 litres" to "makes 7 litres". Those sneaky little toads indeed!

      • I didn't notice it either until I saw it on the bottle in big writing on the back "mix 1 part with 7 parts of water"

    • Does Aldi brand have coola cordial?

      • +1

Don’t quote me on this but I think they do but in the full sweet version and not the no sugar version. I only ever buy the no sugar ones and haven’t seen it in the no sugar range at my local Aldi.

    • TBH I hadn't read the bottle, but I did remember them being double concentrate originally and only had to use half of normal cordial. Last time I had some I was sure I was putting more than I used to for the same taste so that would explain it…

  • Echoing other comments. Recently had some of this and it was extremely weak compared to other concentrates. Shrinkflation ahoy.
