      It's available in my local SA coles. Need to make sure the coles has a liquorland attached to it.

        The Two Fold is pretty crap imho, it's very rough. The rest of Starward's range is very good but expensive.

        The Starward is definitely worth a taste. It's finished in local red wine barrels. It's pretty good. Plus 'straya!

        Nothing else really stands out apart from maybe Suntory Toki It's super light and polite but tastes good. Friendly entree into Japanese.

        I always try to recommend quality, value and interesting!

      I just add a little water, if you drink it neat it will burn your tastebuds and you won't be able to taste it properly.

        I don't know why you think that, but it's definitely not true. A tiny dash of water can open up the flavour of a whisky though — especially stronger ones.

      A couple of beers followed by a whisky is bliss for me. Match made in heaven.
      Jameson is a good one to start with. It's very easy drinking and non-challenging as far as whisky goes. I suggest drinking it neat and sipping it slowly. Add a little water if it's a bit much for you at first.
