If you actually went through checkout, OP is saying that it costs $15 for the item for click and collect (aka click and collect is free) and not a $15 fee for the click and collect service

I think maybe your shipping is broken, or you need to update the post. comes to $49 shipping and I'm only ~2 hours away (also the same for someone below in Adelaide).

Cheapest place I can see lately (other than op) is coles, who had the smaller version (99 from charlies) for $57.
No idea of the quality, i'd hope it's decent though if people are regularly charging $115+
FWIW 1000x750x75 (MM) foam cut at clark rubber would be ~75-130 depending on density. Seems like a good price even if you just want some foam, hah.
