    Hopefully you ticked the 15% off coupon to make it $25.49, which just happens to be the price these were going for a few days ago before this coupon and essentially repeated now for a few months.

      33 watts. You can look in the photos in the reviews to see the current at the various voltages, but 33 watts is the highest.
