i give it a positive, because it may be the cheapest belkin ipad screen protector.
However, i prefer a clear screen protector. which should've less reflection under bright condition.
i have the exact same one on my ipad now, and i can honestly say avoid it at all costs. It's barely useable under any sort of lighting, never mind bright daylight. Becomes extremely frustrating after a while. The amount you're saving is irrelevant; you'd be better off with those anti-glare screen protectors.
Sorry OP, no offence but unless you enjoy turning your ipad into a mirror during the daytime it's not worth it at all.
np! i had ordered one before posting. i thought it would be better than the generic ones on ebay. i only wanted to protect the ipad from kid's abuse! let's see if it serves the purpose. if the visibility is really that bad as described i'll try something else.

if you want to degrade your screen then put one of these one.. my mrs used to have them on her iphone 4s !!! omg i got so annoyed looking at it.. crappy rainbow reflection on the screen all because she wants to look good.
it made the screen look horrible and i would think the ipad version will be no different.
although anyone who has used one please post comments, i would rather spend the $20 on some cheap clear protectors and use a real mirror instead.
