Are 0% cashback category products also eligible for 15% bonus cashback?

OP, Are you a rep for Picodi?

      Why the downvote?!

I have $300 cashback pending confirmation. The purchases are over 4 months old, the site states Amazon confirmation is only 30 days. I've emailed customer service a few times asking them to manually check/confirm cashback, they always give me the same canned reply — keep waiting!

      Hi,

The purchases have a ""pending"" status in your account.

We will contact our partner to confirm the status of the transaction and as soon as we have the information, we will change the cashback status accordingly.

      Best regards,
      Picodi.com

Employee reviews from Glassdor - even their employees think they are a bunch of frauds šŸ™„

We have enough shi7 to deal with when it comes to Shopback not tracking upsized and Westpac bonus cashbacks. I certainly don't need any more headaches from another subpar player, that's for sure. And after reading comments made by other OzBargainers on OP's previous deals, they don't instil me with any confidence either. Hard pass.

Nice one with the research. I'd avoid these guys. Maybe even OzBargain should blacklist them. See my comment above.

I bit the bullet and made a new account and tried this. Bought a $99 air fryer from Amazon that I had my eye on.

Will report back here on how this progresses.

Expecting $5 sign up bonus (one of you is gonna get $25, tyvm) and a 15% cashback on $99.

    • My Amazon transaction tracked in 2 days and Iā€™m now seeing pending cashback for both this transaction and the referral bonus.

Amazon cashback is pending confirmation from Amazon.

The bonus is contingent on the first transaction (which is my Amazon transaction).šŸ¤žšŸ½

  • In my experience you really have to work for it to get your cashback with these guys, because the system they have in place just never seems to work automatically.

For example my orders never seem to track and I have to contact customer support and have it added manually, and then 3-4 months later the cashback will still say pending and customer support will have to manually approve that too.

To their credit the staff sort it out every time without drama, but it's just a hassle to keep contacting them for everything.

    • Sounds like every single upsized and Westpac bonus cashback deal I have had with Shopback. I've got open tickets with them all over the place right now - dating back a quite a few months.
