Read, I get about 410MB/s max sequential (USB 3), write, I am not actually getting 100MB/s, only about 60MB/s max sequential.
Read is pretty good, write, I am used to SSD speed so it is okay (I know 60MB/s is pretty good for USB sticks).
If you have a $20 Good Guys Concierge reward and you don't know what to spend it on, you can consider using it towards this.

According to one of the reviews on Amazon, the read and write speeds vary between capacity:
64GB: 298MB/s read and 35MB/s write
128GB: 386MB/s read and 66MB/s write
256GB: 385MB/s read and 115MB/s write
Getting similar writes, but closer to 225 reads on CrystalDiskMark for the 64GB
Just my two cents, better off getting a Samsung micro SD Evo Plus or Pro Plus with the USB reader. Much greater speeds for the same price in a tiny form factor. Could even get those 256GB for around $35 recently. Not sure if I'm missing something?
But then you need a decent micro sd reader.
