How Do I Sign Spammers up to Spam?

I've already installed a sign saying "No advertising materials/ No spam mail" on my mail box and continue to get spammed with them
Most notably spam from real estate agents

What's the best way to sign them up to spam to teach them a lesson?
I've got their mobiles and emails

  • not worth spending any time on this.
Spammers usually do not monitor the mailbox they use to spam others.
If you have full control over your mailbox domain, use a spam filter. Or, third-party service clean.email to unsubscribe automatically. However, I do not recommend giving third-party service access to your mailbox.

I think they are are talking about physical spam from letters

    • REA prob would pay for the subscription for call screening services.

Real estate agents are notorious for this

The reason being is that they get away with it.

    Complain to https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints

Additionally if you really want to name and shame you can call them out on their socials.

    • They'll just blame the people doing the letter box drops.

      • Yeah but ultimately it's their responsibility because it's their material. you can still complain to oaic. It holds the business to account, which then holds the people doing the 'drops' to account.

    • Where on the oaic site do u complsin. It:s about privacy.

Just save up a whole bunch of them and throw them under the door of the REA.

Change your sign to say "AUTHORISED Australia post letters ONLY"

        It actually does.

Many Agents will give instructions not to deliver to those, but to deliver to ones they say 'no junk'

Place the offending item in an envelope addressed the the sender, but do not put a stamp on the envelope. This way the sender will get charged fir the postage

Even better, send it to one of the other REA - do a mix and match. See how they like getting unwanted junk mail.

Go to an open house and give them the number

    Google
    “Request a call back”
Then enter the details in of the business to all the call back services.

I check to see if a company has a reply paid postage address, and if they do, I start collecting random junk mail and just mailing it to them at their cost.

With the REA arseholes, most of them have a local shopfront and most of them have a mail hole in the front door… if they do, it’s now your spam hole. If not, the best part is that most junk mail will fit under a door, so get to sliding!

Get another job as you obviously have a bit of time on your hands, save up and move to a gated community.

    Problem solved.
