RRP is too high. Just ran some numbers for swapping my flip4 and shows up as $689.20 (less $100 & $50), down from RRP $1,649.00 (256gb)

Recall pre-order price was circa $1.2k (512gb).

I know USA did almost free swap for flip4 and the last gen models :/

  I don't think it's necessary however the s21 gave you 16gb RAM with the 512gb $300 upgrade. They are continually increasing prices.
  
  8gb is enough for a midrange phone however android will use about 6-7gb with just background apps, a flagship should have 12gb

  They keep the $5 and charge you a $60 late fee, from my understanding - haven't actually experienced not sending a phone back yet. But they will at least charge you the $60 late return fee.

  I got one through the online chat yesterday, my wording was something like:
  "I'm interested in upgrading my phone with the current deals on at the moment. Is it possible if there's any additional voucher discount that might be available for the checkout, I'd heard online that this might be something that's possible?"
  
  After that the chat support basically said… sure! and put a code in the chat window, though from what I've read it might depend on the support agent so maybe you need to re-try.
