      Math doesn't check out.

      • +5

You left out the 50 they'd need to pay me to eat it.

        • +1

What else would you do with it for payment? No wait here's the 50 please just eat it. Yes, the pizza.

  • +3

    $0.99 more than previous deals

  • Can one account buy two? Too lazy to pickup just one…

    • +1

if you can't, usually you can just make anther order, rinse and repeat

    • +1

Yes, as at the time of posting doing a timed order for Wednesday is allowing an unlimited amount at the discounted rate. I’d recommend ordering in advance as they’ll likely limit this closer to the date.

      • Any idea if this deal will be available in NZ as well?

      • I'd recommend going elsewhere: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/14293656/redir. Sometimes I wished I worked there as some kind of store inspector so I could revoke the franchise contract of any topping thieves.

        • Domino’s has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can use this form to leave feedback with head office who can refund the order and offer you a credit for a future order.

Hope this helps and that you have a better experience next time!

@WoodYouLikeSomeCash: Yeah, I know… the problem is I'd be using it every time I order. My local branch has no competition. I think the store has had a few different owners since I've lived here. Each new owner starts off with a decent product but a few weeks later is back to barely putting anything on. I used the satisfaction guarantee twice in a row a few years back. The "manager" (for that day) was friendly, said to just call the store if it happens again or check them at the counter before leaving, but I replied, "That's good and all but every pizza is like that so you feel like an idiot bringing it up every time. I would be different it was every 10 or 5 pizzas. This is the second time in a row I've complained because it happens every time. And I've been to other stores further away and don't get this problem. Here it's every pizza. Can you please just tell me, is it because I'm buying with a discount code? At least then I'd know if I pay full price I wouldn't need to complain every time, but I don't want to pay full price and still get nearly no toppings." So he said, "Then maybe you'd be better off buying elsewhere." Great solution. I would if I didn't have to drive 98km round trip to the next store.

I've written to head office about it too… they just cut & paste rote platitudes, say to use the satisfaction guarantee, describe what will happen if you do. Having to complain every single time is tiring when no improvement follows. It's just not good enough. It tells customers, we don't give a damn. It's running on the expectation most people won't complain and the few who do will get tired of complaining, so we'll just keep skimping until the complainers don't return and we don't lose too many sales.

I'm not just one of those whiners who expects their pizza loaded up with toppings either. I understand things are tight. But there's seriously so little toppings on this store's pizzas I'm surprised they stay in business. Those other Dominos stores I mentioned, I was shocked at the amount of toppings I received, easily double if not 3x the amount we get from the local branch and no entirely absent toppings either.

I guess it's because they have a captured market. But it makes customers feel why bother, resent buying from them. There's a general opinion around here that, "Yeah it's like eating an empty pizza base but what choice do we have." It's obviously their daily practice, they never intend to correct it, and head office doesn't give a damn.

  • Thanks OP

  • Thanks OP

    Cool, cheers, OP!

Gonna pick up 5 next Wednesday for under $20!

    ;)

    • same

    • Anyone who's had a Domino's pizza since around 2015 knows they've gotten tiny & skimpy on the toppings. But I just add a few things I have on hand and get a decent meal. Nothing fancy, just some shrooms & onion, or capsicum, olives, feta…basically whatever I had leftover from last night's salad fixings.

Had dominoes last night in Hoppers Crossing……. easily worst pizzas i`ve had in years…heating up a frozen one from wollies would have been better

  • +1

11 pre-ordered so I can freeze some and reheat when too lazy to cook. Thanks!

    • +1

If I have an air fryer. Can I freeze these pizzas and just chuck them in the air fryer?

      • That's exactly what I do, so yes.

  • I had resolved not to buy Dominos again but Tuesday night I didn't feel well, didn't feel I could stand up cooking, and saw they have half-price Tuesdays for Traditional and Premium (and I think some other lower categories too). So I went into the app, added 2x Meatlovers for the price of 1x, then saw a (new?) pizza called "The Lot." Checked what its toppings were, checked it was in one of the 2-for-1 categories (yes), and added 2x of those to the cart, planning to delete the 2x Meatlovers.

The Meatlovers showed the correct total, but the 2x "The Lot" pizza total was $24 (two times $12 when it should have been $12). So I asked at the store. They said we have no idea about what goes on online and have no way to fix it. So I just went back to 2x Meatlovers.

I get home to find sauce, a little minced beef (only to about 2/3 out from the center so a good couple of inches of nothing), cheese, about 7 or 8 pieces of bacon on top, 4 round bits of sausage (cabanossi ?), and… NOTHING ELSE.

    Cheap@#$^, bait-n-switch, thieves!

    • Currently “The Lot” pizzas are specifically excluded from any Dominos offers or deals in the fine print.

      • LOL. Of course they are… Can't have customers trying new products in case they like them and buy them later at full price.

  • $3.99? Will my Pizza look like this if I'm lucky?

Timed order multiples for Wednesday is still working this morning .. 😘 .. !!

  • Only a deal if they hand out my data like Pizza Hut

  • Ordered 5. Gonna try beard eats food em with a Diet soda and aioli dips

  • I bought two of these. .worst pizza ever. The ten pieces of pepperoni on the pizza (that's one and a half per slice) must have been cut with a laser. .they were see- through thin. The whole thing had negligible taste. . I should have eaten the box.
    .😂 . !!

    • The first one i bought has 43 slices of the same laser cut stuff. Tastes better when theres more i guess
