    Large Pepperoni Pizza

    Large? 🤣🤣🤣

    • +38

Nothing is big enough for you, JV.

    • +2

Do you prefer them to be thick? Because they are not as thick as some

    • +2

Considering it's the price of a personal pan/small I'll let Domino's have this one 😂

    • +1

      Larger than small ;)

  • +4

Make it a plain $3 margarita by removing pepperoni. Unfortunately no ingredients swap for this pizza range. Oregano's free.

    • +9

Paired perfectly with a coffee — but hold the beans

    • +10

So are chilli flakes. Make a chilli cheese pizza :D

    • +1

About half the cheese of a simply cheese

      • +1

        But about half the price!

    • Incredibly selfish when you could get a pepperoni remove the pepperoni slices and give them to a homeless person

      • +2

With all the respect to pepperoni lovers, it's so unhealthy and would be awkward to offer it to people.

      • +8

Assuming you're not joking, homeless people aren't dogs. Who wants bits of pepperoni you've pulled off a pizza?

        • +7

Like giving them the bottoms off muffins

        • +2

          You assumed wrong

          • +2

@Bigburper: Fair enough, I think you got everyone 😂

      • I don't know if this is serious or not, but this is one of the wildest things I've ever seen written on this site.

  • Thanks OP.

  • +5

Yum - thin and crispy time

  • +3

    Can't go wrong for $3

    • +10

Two wrongs make $6. Or is that two rights?

      • +1

Its one right per night, just reheat one in air fryer tmrw

  • +1

    Thanks OP, set reminder.

  • +1

Confused, deal hasn’t started but can be used now already in app? I tried coupon in app and it doesn’t seem to work.

    • +3

Meaning you can pre-order for Tue 27 Sep now

      • +1

        Ah, thanks for clarification

    • Well if they want a pizza they have to 'order' individually 😂

  • +1

When I ordered a Pepperoni pizza during the 'price slice' deal in August, there was nowhere near enough cheese on the pizza (compared to the picture of the standard pepperoni pizza), and a bit less pepperoni slices and the slices themselves were dry, burnt looking - possibly old. Most of the slices had a lot patches of just tomato base, again unlike the picture. So I would watch out for that and recommend checking the pizza instore and if it doesn't look like the picture then politely ask them to make it again or refund. Also log in and don't close so you can leave a rating. It is interesting how they stopped that thing where you could see a photo of the pizza after it was made. I believe most of the money goes to the constant TV advertisements. So if half of the price goes to constant marketing then you are getting a $1.5 pizza and you can't expect it to be good.

Coles has 'Coles Kitchen' pepperoni pizzas in the fridge section that look way better and fresher than what I got, there is a cutout in the cardboard so you can see the ingredients. They are 2 for $9 this week.

  • +2

if half of the price goes to constant marketing then you are getting a $1.5 pizza and you can't expect it to be good.

You're essentially getting a $0 pizza once you take into account overheads (electricity, wages, rent, ingredient cost etc) as well as the marketing as you mentioned. A hot, cooked on order meal for $3 can't even be compared.

  • +2

Its only 1 pizza per app, not much good if you have a family!

    • +1

Doesn’t the rest of the family have a smartphone each too ?

    • +1

Damn, I was going to ordera thin and crispy, and normal, than have a Pizza Sandwich.

      • lol

        • +1

Works well when you have a few different ones to choose from. It used to get a few laughs at staff meetings, but it makes the normal dull pizzas a bit more 'exciting'.

    • +1

Turns out its 1 pizza per order but there is nothing stopping you from putting through multiple orders one after the other. I ordered two today

  • Me and wife not the kids, I could use my tablet as well I suppose, just a hassle setting up multiple accounts.

Just strange as when dominos has the $4, $6, $8 offers sometimes there's no limit I think

    • +1

It’s more for people like me and others, who never use the app…but it’s a gentle push to remind us and encourage its use. Domino’s gets much better marketing data of you using the app. They lose money on deals like this.

  • +3

I found out if you keep doing separate orders on the same account the code keeps working for the $3 pepperoni !

    • Nice, placed 2 x $3 separate orders for lunchtime pick up.

      • ANY WEIRD LOOKS?

        • +1

No one at Dominoes get paid enough to care. Especially if you have paid already online, they just give you the pizza and get back to work. I did three orders using 3 different names (housemates all ordered on my account). Went and gave them name of the orders and no proof required (a bit scary as there is a monitor with order names, anyone could have just sat there and waited for someone that is late).

I think the only people that would care with coupons may be the owners, not sure how coupons work with franchises but I assume the franchise doesn’t get the $2 difference paid back to them from the main office.

    • Don’t even need an account

  • Does anyone know if this works on the Domino's Offers app?

  • +1

Here is a deal for anyone that has just ordered the above. :)

    • Did you not use that deal as well?
What are you eating that means you dont need a toilet paper deal?

      • It would have been a pepperoni pizza, but some Pov stole it.

        • Buggah. Mine was just like i expected. Cant go past a thin crust and bbq sauce.
I wonder how many people loose their pizzas. Guess it does happen.

  • Thanks OP, preordered dinner for tonight.

  • so the original price is $5 ? weird because the $5 is just for VALUE range (which i think is medium?) not LARGE range?

    • +2

      lol
      Medium = Large (Dominos logic)

      • +1

oooo geee i thought im getting something different but the usual value range but at $3 yeah not bad but not amaaaaazing super deal

        • +1

To be fair,$3 doesn’t even cover costs.
So in literal terms, @$3 those pizzas are definitely ‘worth it’.

  • -1

    Bowel cancer pie.

  • This is tedious, nothing stopping anyone from making multiple orders. Domino’s must be really desperate for people to use their app

  • doesn't work for my local Dominoes

  • Meh limited to one per order and I can’t be bothered doing multiple orders anymore

  • Thanks, just what my already burgeoning belly required, i'm sure the missus will appreciate this :D

    • +1

thanks for the story of my life - kind of chicken soup of the day

      • I wish I had Chicken soup for lunch.

    • +9

but this is isolated to your issue and got nothing to do with $3 Pepp deal.

    • +1

This is definitely unique to your restaurant, cos mine doesn't even start making it until I get there and ask about it LOL

      • -1

I just had a text promo come through, promoting it.

        • +1

I was referring to dominos giving your order to someone else. That's a weird thing for restaurants to promote.

    • +2

so they offered as replacement, with bonus drink, but I did not have time to wait around let alone eat it, so I walked out

That's a shame. My Domino's always shazams magic pizzas out of thin fu¢king air for me.

      • Shazam! That's a blast from the past!

  • +3

Had an entire extra large pepperoni for lunch because the regular is so small and still not sure if I'm full or just clogged lol.

  • +8

Got one earlier and the guy (who I'm pretty sure is the manager) was rudely interested how I got it for $3 and complained about corporate running promotions that make zero sense for them as franchisee without telling them. Left feeling moderately bad. One of the better pepperoni pizza's I've had from them too. Plenty of cheese and pepperoni.

    • +11

      Plenty of cheese and pepperoni.

They probably found out what you paid for it after they already made it..
