    I’m not too sure of fines. It’s a VISA prepaid card. Works like a debit/credit card with a set amount (what you purchased). However, it may not work on some sites as it doesn’t support 3DS.

    You will find that if the site supports payment by Apple Pay, it’ll “most likely” work (you can add the card to your Apple wallet).
