Hi All, I have recently came across RAMS home loan who still giving $3000 cashback compare to other banks like ANZ, BOM. i didnt see much post around this loan product.
Anyone has recent experience on refinance with them? Kindly advise.

RAMS are part of the Westpac Group thru a franchise model, and their market is primarily for self employed/ small business owners so have different documentation requirements etc.

I did finally go with RAMS. My experience is really good and settlement is done without any issues. You can negotiate the application fees.
yeah RAMS is ok, their service is quite good, the only gripe is their dinosaur platform: no PayID, payment takes 1 full working day to go through so if you move large amount in and out you might incur extra interest.
