  Avoid preordering from TGG. I pre-ordered the 14 Pro last year and it was a nightmare. They canceled my order twice without explanation and held the money for some time. They accept plenty of orders, however, they receive very little stock which doesn't cater to the amount of orders. I ordered from JB and it was an easy experience.

    I ordered last night and didn't get order confirmation. Still haven't received it.
    Called locks store twice and spoke with chat 3x all with lies about when it would be fixed. The money has come out of my credit card already also.

        You would think they would learn from their issues in previous years but obviously not. It's very dodgy practice.. Last year the stores around Brisbane only had 3 or 4 at most per store and they were all reserved for other customers (This was at store opening time the day of release mind you). They just blamed apple for giving them low stock allocation which is hilarious. So I'd buy elsewhere which sucks because of the storecash.

  for those who pre-ordered through TGG, to get the cashback, do you have to do anything else apart from adding the digital wallet to your phone? i registered for digital wallet with a different number to my TGG account.. unsure whether this is going to affect the tracking process

    I am referring TGC to the ACCC after having no response to my inquiries about 'storecash' issues over the past 6 months. The system is basically a scam, and is even more obscure to work through then their old concierge rewards scheme. I now avoid TCG even more than Harvey Norman because of their dubious trading practices.

    (You need the wallet, to be activated on a particular day, to receive the correct email from them amongst all their spam emails (which you cant unsubscribe from or you lose the critical email) then you have to spend the 'cash' on certain products within a 2 week window from when it is approved, which could be up to 4 weeks minus one day from the original purchase)

      On September 22nd: I called to inquire about the delay, and the representative explained that they didn't have sufficient stock because it was specifically allocated for preorders… I gave up on them
