Christmas Aquarium Moss $1.99 + $3 Postage ($0 SYD C&C/ $14 Express) @ Sydney Aquascapes

80

Christmas Moss back in stock! Please note that this listing is for one "leaf" of Christmas moss. Very cheap but for a small amount so you can grow it out and get a selection of plants you like.

Moss is a great addition to any tank: It removes nutrients and waste from the water column which helps with algae and keeping the tank clean. It is a great addition to hardscape such as drift wood or other decorations as well. It can be attached in may ways, from thread to glue but we prefer to "jam it" into cracks and let it grow out around the decoration and attach itself off its own accord.

It also is a great addition to any shrimp tank, providing plenty of surface area for shrimp to graze on.

Also note we usually send a bit more than what is shown on our website. Depending on the aquarium size we would usually recommend getting a few clumps to really cover it, but there is no reason not to just grab one if that is all you would like.

  • Offers C&C but doesn't give address or suburb anywhere on the website

    • Good point will add it now! Its in Pyrmont, Sydney

      • You should add this information to your Shipping Policy page and the Contact Us. I had the same issue when I was checking out and wanted to do C&C but couldnt first find where the pick up location was until I went further through the check out process.

        • Will do thanks

    • Done! It is now at the bottom of all descriptions. Before you'd get an email with details, but thanks for letting me know! Usually pickups are people who know where we are so it never came up XD

What plant is the biggest nitrate consumer do you think?

Any fast-growing plant will do. If you're happy to trim the plants, try hornworts.
