      They log what you watch then force you to watch it in reverse.

    • Checked my receipt (in-store purchase) - no code on the receipt. The online team have said I need to go in-store and ask for the code

      You’ll receive a redemption code from JB Hi-Fi when you purchase an eligible product, either with your receipt in store or via email for online purchases.

  • I got this deal recently with a new purchase, but because i'd previously registered Kayo through Telstra I couldn't redeem.

    I had to close my account, wait until the end of the month for it to lapse properly, then re register and use the code.

    Kayo is a joke for reliability. Better off reducing the price of the TV and no Kayo promo. 😂👍

  • How long after being an eligible TV online, do you get the code?

  • I called up Jb Hifi Marsden park store as I bought a LG tv (is in the list of eligible tvs) and I was told that this offer is available for LG tvs only from Aug. As I bought the TV in June, I am not eligible for this offer. BUT I could not find any such criteria on JB Hifi website but it is what it is.

    I got my B3 OLED in June just checked the receipt and had the voucher code attached as a seperate print out. The wifey wanted to watch some show on binge and I already have Kayo for F1 so used a new email address for binge and all worked fine.

    Note: the printed voucher said it had to be used by no later than 30th November 2023 but it still worked fine. Thanks OP
