You cannot redeem AmpolCash Digital gift cards at EG Ampol, as EG Ampol does not accept them. I mention EG Ampol, as most of those service stations sell WISH gift cards.
Even if you had a AmpolCash physical gift card (which is redeemable at EG Ampol), you cannot use that to purchase a WISH gift card at EG Ampol. I tried a while ago and the EFTPOS terminal returned an error saying the purchase was not permitted.
I have not seen in recent times any Ampol service stations not operated by EG selling any supermarket-related gift cards. Most Ampol Foodary / Ampol Woolworths MetroGo service stations only sell AmpolCash physical gift cards, but a handful of them (plus some other Ampol franchise service stations) will sell a random assortment of third-party gift cards, including Amazon, JB Hi-Fi and Google Play. I am fairly sure the checkout systems at those service stations block you from using an AmpolCash Digital or physical gift card to pay for any gift cards.

I went to an Ampol in regional VIC a few months ago and they had no way of scanning the QR code. They asked if I had a number to enter. I couldn't redeem my AmpolCash Digital gift card. The Ampol website states that "AmpolCash Digital accepted" at that location. I think he said they were a Ampol franchise.

I would call the Ampol customer feedback team, tell them what happened and see what they have to say. It could be that the Ampol store locator is wrong, or the service station attendant was wrong (and both are possible). They may be nice enough to give a small gift card as an apology…

Out of the approximately 1800 Ampol service stations across Australia, only around 600 are operated by Ampol themselves. The remaining 1200 are operated by franchisees (and I think EG is the biggest Ampol franchisee).
AmpolCash Digital is apparently accepted at 1200 Ampol service stations. I believe all Ampol-operated service stations accept AmpolCash Digital, which would mean that around half of the Ampol franchise locations also accept it (officially speaking, anyway).
The digital gift card number can be found if you press the info button in the bottom right of the digital gift card.

The terms and conditions of the My NRMA offer says it cannot be stacked with any other fuel discount offer.
Additionally, someone also told me a few months ago that when a service station attendant scanned both their My NRMA discount voucher and a Woolworths fuel discount voucher, the checkout automatically removed one of discounts.

Only one discount can be used at one time. You can use the nrma discount and get points onto your woolies card, however stacking the nrma discount and 4c/l woolies discount is not allowed
No. Incorrect. There are some Ampol that still apply both discounts. I use Woolworths 4c plus Toyota 4c.
How do I know? Because I've been doing it.
I work at ampol, while some sites DO ALLOW it. The training we are given states we are to remove the woolworths discount. It is uoto the staff member to follow this term

They don't stack. I tried stacking that 5c off booklet deal a few months back with one of the NRMA or Woolies and they wouldn't allow me saying I already had too much discount.
Pretty good deal, with 6% and NRMA discount. It is comparable to Costco.
The 2 Ampols (Foodary) that near my home are mostly 30c more expensive for Unlead 91
But still, should be the highest petrol price among other servo.
A lot of places don’t accept these cards. Only those are obviously more expensive than the next door. Don’t buy it, must regret.
I just bought 3 x $100 cards and used $68.23 from Shopback account. Including the 6% cashback, it works out that I have a 28.25% saving.
$68.23 is the saving from your past purchases, not the current saving.

Well, I suppose, it is technically a reimbursement.
Ampol Foodary should be able to scan the qr code from e voucher. Note they need to select the option of qr.
Manned Third Party Ampol Petrol Stations can also accept Ampol e gift cards if listed on Ampol website as accepting them. However if there not using Ampol pos they will need to manually type in the e gift card numbers on their Ampol eftpos terminal to redeemed the Ampol e gift card.
Note this does not apply to EG Fuel since there using a Woolworths eftpos terminals.
