    • Why a liar?

They genuinely have no stock. They just let you order and pay for something they can't provide!

Got my first order cancelled but they rang and gave me a $42 substitute. I assume the sabco bulldozer (bad reviews but I have a spare handle from an old broom) he said it was the same size and he would let me have it for the $11. winner here.

  • Said out of stock at my local Bunnings online but In stock In store. Grabbed 2 thanks. OP

    Got one from Leopold, Vic.

  • Thanks OP

    Got 1 in Port Stephens.

Never owned a 600mm broom before. It is really good.

  • For those that have purchased one of the brooms…..

what's the screw that's taped to the handle for? Is it to secure the broom head to the handle bracket? Seems there are four holes but only one screw so I'm unsure.

    • Hmm. Didn't notice a screw taped to the handle

      • Just took a closer look. I reckon the screw is to secure the broom pole onto the top of the broom. There was a grey clip thing covering the hole to screw it into.

Yours must've come pre assembled you lucky duck. I'll now need my screwdriver ;) Worth it for $11.

        • Ok my mistake, I do have a screw taped to the handle - only noticed it as you mentioned the grey clip which I had seen but not paid attention to. It was right up against that!

          • @The Hobo: Yep. My mind was curious to know what that clip did…..but reckon it's just packaging.

  • One of mine didn’t have a grey clip. Not sure if that has any purpose though. I used it without the screw but will affix it when I get a chance.

    • . I think they're delivered as separate pieces. I reckonthe clip is just to protect the hole until the screw is placed….doesn't seem to be any other purpose. My theory anyway.

  • Adelaide stores is showing price as $39.99. Has the deal expired?
