                @GuniGuGu: I contacted Dreame, who said they can't help.

                I contacted amazon:
                'The item is currently not in stock because of which the item not got delivered yet. when I checked for the update on your package, I see that the item is planned to ship by December 29-30, 2023 as the stock is expected to be arriived by the time with an ETA of January 3, 2023.'

                'Please be rest assured, it will be delivered by the given ETA"

                    Ours is sold by Amazon.

                    As you can imagine they won't swap the item.
