I bought one of the Philips steam irons from the Caringbah store last week and have nothing bad to say. I almost bought one of the Tefal's about a month ago but wasn't convinced of the quality after some of the feedback here and left it. The Philips came in a blank box but it doesn't have much damage on it at all… Wife is happy!
